Audio – this allows you to personally and verbally communicate your message to your visitors. Written and spoken language is different and may be interpreted diversely. Verbal communication helps you convey your message clearer.

Video – this works as much as audio does but with a plus --- with videos, your visitor gets to see you, too!
Social Bookmarking – this refers to the “share this” buttons and links you see on your page. This allows visitors to tell others about your site easily. With just a click on the mouse, a satisfied and ecstatic visitor gets to share your page to his friends without a hassle. Not only that… your visitor can conveniently tell others why he likes whatever is in your page. This means that if friends will also like what he will see in your page, then he can click just the same and spread the good news.

Contact Forms – you can also set aside a portion of your page for this. Contact forms allow your visitors to contact you directly with their opinions, questions, and other concerns.
